Ildiko’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial work, in particular on corporate finance, including IPOs. Following her judicial training in Hungary, Ildiko trained at one of the Big 4 legal practices in England before joining a major international law firm in the City.
Ildiko has a wealth of experience across most transaction types and has recently been one of the lead lawyers on an IPO on the Main Board of the London Stock Exchange in the life sciences sector.

Carole is a finance lawyer having trained and started her career at a magic circle firm renowned for its banking expertise. She then joined the legal department of a major UK bank as in-house counsel.
Carole has extensive knowledge of general banking as well as specialist finance such as acquisition finance, leveraged finance and consumer credit. She is also an expert in financial services regulation having been awarded the Diploma of Financial Compliance by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
Carole is a qualified French lawyer (barreau de Paris) as well as an English solicitor. Carole has particular expertise in cross-border finance and the financial services sector generally.

Altansuvd is a qualified Mongolian lawyer who started her career at the Mongolian State Property Committee where she gained exposure to a number of big ticket privatisations. She since gained experience working at a major international law firm in the City of London where she was responsible for driving forward its Mongolian business. Altansuvd is active in the UK Mongolian business community. She is Secretary of the British Mongolian Business Council and is a co-founder and active member of the Association for the Development of Mongolian Women in Europe, a pan-European organisation which empowers women in business and in life.

Genevieve is a highly experienced lawyer with experience in finance and natural resources. Having worked at the African Development Bank and with LLMs from Dundee University’s Centre for Petroleum Mineral Law and Policy and the London School of Economics, Genevieve’s interests and expertise revolve around the legal and policy issues surrounding natural resources in Africa. She has advised a number of African natural resource companies on a broad range of legal issues, including tendering, due diligence, transaction structuring, financing and hedging transactions, joint ventures, profit sharing agreements and other commercial contracts.
